Partner with CMGMA: 2026 Spring Social Sponsorship Opportunity
Dear Valued Affiliate Member,
As we shake off the winter chill and look toward a season of growth, the Chattanooga Medical Group Management Association (CMGMA) is thrilled to announce our upcoming Spring Social! This event will take place on April 23rd from 5:30pm-8:30pm at The Feed Table & Tavern.
Our community thrives because of the strong relationships between our medical practice leaders and the affiliate partners who support them. We are reaching out to invite you to be a premier sponsor of this event, a perfect opportunity to reconnect with decision-makers in a relaxed, engaging environment.
As a premier sponsor, your marketing investment will be targeted to practice leaders across the Chattanooga region. This includes practice administrators from (among the many groups typically represented at CMGMA events):

Sponsorship Package: $750 Investment
For your sponsorship, we provide a high-visibility platform to showcase your brand before, during, and after the event:
- Dedicated Exhibit Space: A booth at the social to engage directly with attendees.
- Digital Recognition: Your logo and company profile featured on the CMGMA website and across our social media platforms.
- Direct Outreach: Inclusion in all official event invitations sent to our full membership.
- Event Presence: Prominent placement on event signage and verbal recognition during the program.
The Raffle: Take the Stage
In addition to the sponsorship, we are asking each affiliate member to donate a raffle prize with a minimum value of $50.
This is more than just a giveaway, it’s your “podium moment.” During the social, you will be invited to:
- Introduce your business and team to the entire group.
- Draw the winning name for your donated prize.
What makes a great raffle prize?
We encourage items that create excitement and “buzz” in the room. Appropriate ideas include:
- High-end electronics (Smart speakers, tablets, or headphones).
- Luxury gift baskets (High-quality wine/spirits, local gourmet goods, or spa themes).
- Experience vouchers (Restaurant gift cards, golf outings, or sporting event tickets).
Space for sponsors is limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. To confirm your sponsorship and ensure your logo is included in our upcoming marketing materials, please email me at jeanine.bailey@galenmedical.com by March 16th.
When you email to confirm your sponsorship, please also let me know what item you will be donating for the raffle. You can get your raffle prize to me in one of the following ways:
- Drop-off at our next meeting on Wednesday, March 11th.
- Drop-off at my office (1720 Gunbarrel Rd, Suite 400) anytime prior to April 17th.
- Schedule a Pickup: Simply contact me directly and I will be happy to come by and pick it up from you.
