The Chattanooga Medical Group Management Association (CMGMA) was formed in the spring of 1983 as an organization whose primary mission is to improve office practices and procedures in the medical field. The demands on medical managers continue to change dramatically. Traditional management approaches are constantly being challenged, and changes within the medical field continue to occur at an ever faster pace. CMGMA provides an environment for professionals to improve their skills, increase their knowledge, and broaden their managerial and leadership perspectives.
